Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing high quality firewood to our customers. However, we do understand there may be problems or complaints from time to time. If you are not satisfied with our firewood then please follow the simple guide below:

  • Email us, office@cammashall.co.uk.

  • Please provide us with your full name and address.

  • Please state the problem you are having with our product with as much information as possible which will help us identify the problem.

  • We will then look at your complaint and get back to you within 5 working days with our findings and what we will do to resolve the matter.
